cresto phango!

so this morning i woke up early so i could see what i've been missing

2003-09-28, 6:22 a.m.

dusty yellow clouds when the sun is hanging on the hills, and the haze of rain is fogging up the skyline. Have you ever seen rainclouds in a sunset? Like midwest sandstorms swirling 10,000 feet above you, and the water feels like a sprinkler in the summertime.

then its clear, because it always clears up, after an hour, or two hours, or 40 days. It always breaks away so the galaxy of stars can see what we are doing. just like the slickened pavement, reflecting the yellow and blue of 6 o'clock, they've got a pixelated image of our homes, and our faces. would the stars be so dreamy if they came closer and they saw anger? if they saw vengeance? if they saw boredom? right now they dont comprehend, because that pavement is always so much more vivid a picture than the actual sky.
