if i could have one wish, it would be to place the mother loving ass fart who thought of the 9+ unit counselor approval in a small room with Richard Simmons, Barbara Streisand, Quintin Tarrentino (genius but nutty), Donnald Rummsfeld, and the corpse of Harry Carry (it still talks). also in the room would be assorted noisemakers and coconut milk as their sole nourishment.
